De opdracht betreft het ontwerp, de realisatie, plaatsing en inrichting (inventaris) van (huur van units) één opvanglocatie voor Oekraïense vluchtelingen. De tijdelijke woonunits bestaan uit een woonkamer, keuken, 2 slaapkamers, en sanitaire voorzieningen. Daarnaast dienen op locatie gemeenschappelijke ruimtes (multifunctioneel) te worden gerealiseerd. De huisvesting dient te worden voorzien van inrichting/inventaris door opdrachtnemer. Het bouw- en woonrijp maken van het perceel dienen door opdrachtnemer uitgevoerd te worden. Het doel is om een veilige, humane en functionele opvangomgeving te creëren die voldoet aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving.
