Description

Dit is de aankondiging van de Europese niet-openbare aanbesteding van de gemeente Zoetermeer voor het sluiten van een tweefasencontract ten behoeve van het integraal ontwerp en de realisatie van Integraal Kindcentrum Seghwaert (verder: IKC of IKC Seghwaert) te Zoetermeer. Deze aanbesteding is opgedeeld in een Selectie- en Gunningsfase. In de Selectiefase worden maximaal vijf Gegadigden geselecteerd om in de Gunningsfase een Inschrijving in te dienen. In de Gunningsfase wordt één Inschrijver gecontracteerd. Besluitvorming door de gemeenteraad ten aanzien van het te autoriseren krediet moet nog plaatsvinden. Naar huidige verwachting vindt dit parallel aan de Selectiefase en voor start Gunningsfase plaats. Alle ondernemers die aan de eisen voldoen worden uitgenodigd om een Aanmelding in te dienen. Dat kan zelfstandig, in Samenwerkingsverband en/of door een beroep te doen op Derden en/of Onderaannemers. Zie Selectieleidraad.
