Algemene informatie De Universiteit Maastricht (UM) staat in binnen- en buitenland bekend om haar unieke onderwijssysteem: het probleemgestuurde onderwijs (PGO). Bovendien profileert de UM zich door de sterk internationale oriëntatie. Een toenemend aantal studenten uit zowel heel Nederland als ook het buitenland kiest voor het Maastrichtse systeem. De UM is de jongste universiteit van Nederland en groeit snel. Er zijn momenteel ongeveer 20.000 studenten en 5.000 medewerkers. Onderwijs en onderzoek van de UM is voornamelijk georganiseerd op basis van faculteiten en schools. Meer informatie over de UM is te vinden op de internetsite www.maastrichtuniversity.nl. Aanleiding van de Tender De Universiteit Maastricht heeft behoefte aan de renovatie van de locatie Gaetano Martinolaan 63-65 en een ander pand binnen 1 km afstand van de locatie Gaetano Martinolaan 63-65 met een FNO van 1000-2000. Doel en beoogd resultaat van de Tender Het doel van deze Tender is het aangaan van een Overeenkomst met één partij per perceel. Hulp nodig?
