Description

Voor dit werk zoekt de opdrachtgever één hoofdaannemer die ook verantwoordelijk is voor de installaties en de inpassing ervan. Het nader uitwerken en coördineren van de verstrekte stukken tot een uitvoeringsgereed ontwerp maakt deel uit van de scope inclusief het aanbieden en eventueel implementeren van optimalisaties, in de UTI worden de bestekposten waar optimalisaties mogelijk zijn verder uitgewerkt. De opdracht is door architect en adviseurs uitgewerkt in een Technisch Ontwerp en wordt ter beschikking gesteld in de uitnodiging tot inschrijving (UTI) aan de geselecteerde gegadigden uit de Selectiefase. De werkzaamheden zijn te typeren als een grootschalige verbouwing van een Rijksmonument van circa 10.800 m2 BVO in de historische binnenstad van Amsterdam. De opdracht betreft in grote lijnen: Ontwerp- en engineeringswerkzaamheden Bescherming en sloopwerkzaamheden Bouwwerkzaamheden Installaties inclusief onderhoud Communicatie/ BLVC
