Description

Betreft een raamovereenkomst voor het renoveren en aanleggen van kunstgras sportvelden in de gemeente Ridderkerk. Bij de renovaties of aanleg werkzaamheden kunnen bijkomende werkzaamheden als het aanleggen of aanpassen van verhardingen en/of het aanbrengen of aanpassen van hekwerken voorkomen. E.e.a. zal duidelijk worden in de verschillende deelopdrachten na de definitieve opdracht. De raamovereenkomst heeft een maximale contract duur van 4 (vier) jaar. De opdracht wordt aangegaan voor 2 (twee) jaar met de optie tot een verlenging van nog eens 2 (twee) jaar. De maximale opdrachtwaarde onder deze raamovereenkomst is vastgesteld op €8.000.000,- exclusief btw per jaar. Met deze inschatting probeert opdrachtgever een zo goed mogelijk beeld te geven van de maximale omvang van de opdracht. Aan de bovenstaande indicatie kan geen Pagina 7 van 19 omzetgarantie en/of rechten worden ontleend. Bij het eerder bereiken van de maximaal geraamde opdrachtwaarde dan waarin de volledige looptijd voorziet, zal in onderlinge afstemming een besluit worden genomen op de voortzetting van deze raamovereenkomst.
