Description

De gemeente Ridderkerk heeft besloten om de nieuwbouw te realiseren van CBS de Wingerd, Wijkcentrum 't Trefpunt en kinderdagverblijf SKR. De nieuwbouw zal op de huidige locatie van basisschool de Wingerd komen. De projectopdracht omvat: • Het realiseren van 1.785 m2 BVO onderwijshuisvesting ten behoeve van vervangende nieuwbouw CBS De Wingerd; • Het realiseren van 386 m2 BVO huisvesting ten behoeve van kinderdagverblijf SKR; • Het realiseren van circa 340 m2 BVO ten behoeve van wijkcentrum ‘t Trefpunt. • De aanleg van (openbare) schoolplein incl. bestrating en hekwerken Voor de uitwerking van het project heeft de gemeente een ontwerpteam met architectenstudio Nuy van Noort, Van Rossum ingenieurs, Vintis Installatieadviseurs, ZRi en Stevens van Dijck geselecteerd voor het volledig traditioneel uitwerken van de ontwerpvisie van de architect naar een aanbestedingsgereed technisch ontwerp (bestek en tekeningen). De bouwkundige werkzaamheden en de civieltechnische werkzaamheden voor het terrein rondom de nieuwbouw. Zie leidraad; Zie leidraad
