Description

Voor de ambtelijke en bestuurlijke organisatie van de gemeente De Ronde Venen (DRV) wordt een nieuw gemeentehuis gerealiseerd. Het gemeentehuis bestaat uit een kantooromgeving, bestuurscentrum, raadzaal, vergadercentrum, publieke ruimten en facilitaire/ondersteunende ruimten. Het gebouw omvat 5.000 m2 BVO. De nieuwbouw voldoet aan de ENG normen en het binnenklimaat sluit aan bij de gezonde kantoren klasse B eisen. Om dit te kunnen realiseren is in het ontwerptraject gekozen voor een houten draagconstructie bestaande uit gelamineerde houten liggers en kolommen en CLT vloeren. De gevel is opgebouwd uit HSB-elementen met een keramische schil. Het ontwerpteam heeft een Technisch Ontwerp uitgewerkt, inclusief bestek en tekeningen. Vanwege de hoge mate van integratie van installatietechniek en bouwkundige elementen is gekozen om het project in één perceel (bouwkundig en installaties) aan te besteden. De terreininrichting wordt seperaat aanbesteed. 5000m2 BVO
