Description

De gemeente wenst de permanent te bewaren papieren archieven te laten bewerken. Deze archieven worden (op termijn) overgebracht naar het Regionaal Archief Noordwest Utrecht (RANU). De opdracht richt zich op de bewerking en resterende schoning van een aantal archiefblokken zoals beschreven in het document “Opdrachtbeschrijving archiefbewerking De Ronde Venen”. Het is hierbij belangrijk om op te merken dat de archiefdelen al eerder geschoond zijn. Een laatste finale controle (op hoofdlijnen) is hetgeen er nog nodig is. Eventueel nog aan te treffen, te vernietigen documenten of dossiers, dienen apart te worden gehouden en op een lijst van te vernietigen stukken te worden vermeld. De verdere afdoening daarvan wordt door de gemeente uitgevoerd. Op document niveau beoordelen is niet nodig. Voor de permanent te bewaren archieven dient een archiefinventaris te worden opgesteld in het archiefbeheersysteem MaisFlexis. 597,7 strekkende meter archief
