Description

Hoogheemraadschap van Rijnland bereidt een Europese openbare aanbesteding voor het ontwerpen, realiseren, in bedrijf stellen, meerjarig bedienen en meerjarig onderhouden van een groengasinstallatie op AWZI Haarlem Waarderpolder. De installatie maakt deel uit van het overkoepelende project voor renovatie en nieuwbouw van de AWZI, waaronder de renovatie en uitbreiding van de slib- en gaslijn, de nieuwbouw van de waterlijn en de realisatie van een nieuw dienstgebouw. Het op de AWZI geproduceerde zuiveringsslib wordt centraal vergist. Het daarbij ontstane biogas wordt gedeeltelijk opgewerkt tot groengas, gedeeltelijk benut voor de eigen energiebehoefte van de AWZI en verwerkt met het oog op de productie van vloeibaar CO₂. De afzet van groengas en vloeibaar CO₂ en de financiering van het Werk vallen onder verantwoordelijkheid van de aanbestedende dienst en maken geen onderdeel uit van de opdracht. De opdracht omvat naar verwachting in ieder geval: ontvangst en conditionering van biogas; opwerking van biogas tot groengaskwaliteit; scheiding, zuivering, vervloeiing en opslag van CO₂; compressie-, meet- en regelvoorzieningen en voorzieningen voor invoeding van groengas; procesautomatisering en besturing; elektrotechnische, werktuigbouwkundige en contractueel toegewezen civieltechnische en bouwkundige voorzieningen; gasveiligheids- en explosieveiligheidsvoorzieningen; testen, verificatie, validatie en inbedrijfstelling; aantonen van overeengekomen systeemprestaties; opleiding, instructie, documentatie, certificering en overdracht; meerjarig bedienen, preventief en correctief onderhoud, storingsopvolging en procesoptimalisatie.
