De werkzaamheden bestaan in hoofdzaak uit: • Rooien en vellen van bomen met bijbehorende werkzaamheden; • Maken van nieuwe boomstandplaatsen in verharding, gras en beplanting; • Rooien van beplantingen; • Bestrijding van de Eikenprocessierups; • Maken van plantvakken; • Planten van plantmateriaal; • Renoveren van gazon en ruw gras; • Treffen van verkeersmaatregelen; • Inzetten van werknemers en materieel; • Aanbrengen en/of verwijderen van verhardingen; • Diverse bijkomende werkzaamheden. De gemiddelde geraamde waarde van alle deelopdrachten per jaar bedraagt € 360.000, --. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomsten, bij een maximale looptijd (4 jaar), wordt gesteld op € 1.800.000, - zijnde onze reële verwachting over de gehele looptijd inclusief mogelijke verlengingen, vermeerderd met een reële onzekerheidsmarge van 25%. Deze getallen betreffen de geraamde waarde in totaal van de 2 aannemers opgeteld.
