Gemeente Almere beschikt over een vastgoedportefeuille van circa 360 panden. Voor het waarborgen van de technische staat, veiligheid en levensduur van deze panden is adequaat en tijdig dakonderhoud van groot belang. De opdracht betreft onder meer het reinigen en inspecteren van daken en goten, het verrichten van kleine reparaties en het periodiek keuren van dakveiligheidsvoorzieningen. Ruim 227.000 m2 dakoppervlakte, verdeeld over 226 objecten.
