Description

De scope van de aanbesteding betreft de levering en de bijbehorende dienstverlening van de benodigde Audiovisuele middelen voor de raadzaal van de Aanbestedende dienst zoals in Annex IX Minimale eisen audiovisuele middelen raadzaal versie 1.0 beschreven: de Prestatie. De Prestatie bestaat samengevat uit het: • Adviseren; • Afstemming werkzaamheden derden, waaronder het verzorgen van projectmanagement met betrekking tot deze Audiovisuele middelen; • Ontwerpen, Programmeren en Configureren; • Leveren; • Installeren. Afregelen en bedrijfsklaar Opleveren; • Instrueren; • Onderhoud en beheer. Deze Opdracht is niet onderverdeeld in percelen. Inschrijven op een gedeelte van de Opdracht is niet toegestaan en leidt tot uitsluiting van verdere deelname aan de aanbestedingsprocedure. De onderhavige Opdracht in deze aanbesteding vertegenwoordigt een geraamde, indicatieve opdrachtwaarde van € 282.000,00 exclusief btw. Herzieningsclausule Aanbestedende dienst heeft de scope en omvang van deze aanbesteding vastgesteld op basis van een inschatting van de huidige behoefte aan audiovisuele middelen voor de raadzaal. Gedurende de looptijd wenst de Aanbestedende dienst -optioneel- de mogelijkheid te behouden om de volgende herzieningsopties onder de Overeenkomst af te nemen: • De raadzaal uit te breiden met aanvullende functionaliteiten in onder andere het kader van hybride vergaderen, zie ook Annex IX Minimale eisen Audiovisuele middelen raadzaal versie 1.0 paragraaf 3.3.5 ter waarde van een bedrag van maximaal € 30.000,00 exclusief btw; • Een in de toekomst in te richten commissiezaal te voorzien van Audiovisuele middelen ter waarde van een bedrag van maximaal € 180.000,00 exclusief btw. Indien Aanbestedende dienst een van de bovenstaande herzieningsopties wenst uit te nutten, wordt in onderling overleg tussen Aanbestedende dienst en Inschrijver bepaald wat de gevolgen zijn voor de tot dan toe uitgevoerde leveringen en/of diensten. Eventuele aanvullende worden dan additioneel in opdracht gegeven, zonder dat daarvoor een nieuwe aanbesteding wordt doorlopen. Met deze bepaling wordt nadrukkelijk beoogd een herzieningsclausule op te nemen zoals bedoeld in art. 2.163c Aanbestedingswet.
