Schutz und Rettung Bern betreibt an der Murtenstrasse 98 eine Verpflegungsstätte für die Schichtdienstleistenden der Berufsfeuerwehr (365 Tage im Jahr, Mittag- und Nachtessen). Zur Neuausschreibung gelangt vorliegend der Dienstleistungsvertrag über die Zubereitung und Lieferung von Naturalverpflegung (10'950 Mittag- und 6'570 Abendessen/Jahr) für diese Verpflegungsstätte plus eine Notfallverpflegung innerhalb 30 Minuten während 24 Stunden. Die Verpflegung wird derzeit extern im cook and chill-Verfahren hergestellt, en gros verpackt, ca. 2x wöchentlich angeliefert und im Regenerationsverfahren durch Mitarbeitende SRB aufbereitet. Die dazu benötigten Kühl- und Regenerationsgeräte befinden sich nicht im Eigentum von SRB. Details sind dem Pflichtenheft zu entnehmen.
