Predmetom zákazky je nasadenie systému ZEIS FORUM - serverová časť pre Oftalmologické oddelenie FNsP Nové Zámky podľa prílohy č. 1 Cenová ponuka, kde sa nachádza aj požadovaná technická špecifikácia predmetu zákazky. Predmet zákazky musí byť dodaný nový, nepoužívaný, nerepasovaný, kompletne funkčne pripravený na použitie bez ďalších doplnkov, a to do 4 týždňov od objednávky. Súčasťou dodania ako aj ceny je montáž a zaškolenie personálu, doprava, 24 mesačná záruka.
