Бензин А-95 (Євро 5). АЗС Учасника або його партнера, що обслуговує талони Учасника повинна бути розташована в радіусі не більше 5 (п’яти) км (по міським автомобільним шляхам) від місця розташування Замовника (Проспект Добровольського (Князя Володимира Великого), будинок 149/5. Спосіб реалізації: талони на 10л або 20л (по узгодженню з Замовником). Термін дії талонів - не менше 6 місяців (обраховується з дати здійснення Покупцем своєчасної оплати вартості такого Товару). У разі не використання Покупцем талонів у визначений термін Продавець повинен здійснити продовження терміну дії невикористаних талонів не менш як на 3 місяці, але у будь якому разі до їх повного використання. Поставка товару Замовнику здійснюється по талонам єдиного зразка для всієї мережі АЗС Учасника та/або партнерських АЗС (у разі наявності). Бензин А-95 надається відповідно талонами єдиного зразку (бренд нанесений на талоні має відповідати бренду запропонованих АЗС), які діють по Україні.
