Description

Die Tunnel Mont-Sagne (L=1.610 m) und Vue-des-Alpes (L=3.250 m) sind zweispurige Straßentunnel an der N20 zwischen Neuchâtel und La Chaux-de-Fonds. Derzeit verfügen sie nicht über Notausgänge, die den Anforderungen des Bauherrn entsprechen. Um diesen Zustand zu beheben, hat die OFROU beschlossen, zwei Sicherheitsgalerien (SiSto) parallel zu den beiden Tunneln zu errichten. Der ausgewählte Auftragnehmer erbringt Projektplanungs- (APR) und Bauleitungsleistungen (DLT) von der Vorentwurfsphase bis zur Inbetriebnahme (Phase 53). Diese Leistungen umfassen den Bau der neuen Sicherheitsgalerien, Portale und zugehörigen Evakuierungswege Folgende Leistungen sind integraler Bestandteil dieser Vereinbarung: ·        APR- und DLT-Dienstleistungen im Tiefbau (Generalunternehmer) ·        APR- und DLT-Dienstleistungen für Betriebs- und Sicherheitsausrüstung (BSA) ·        Spezialisierte Dienstleistungen im Bereich Umwelt- und Materialmanagement ·        Spezialisierte Fachkenntnisse in Geologie, Hydrogeologie und Geotechnik ·        Implementierung der BIM-Methode
