Bei den Kunstbauten der Filiale Winterthur in den Inspektionsgebieten 1, 2 und 4 (Teilgebiet) des Bundesamtes für Strassen (ASTRA) sind ab März 2027 bis Ende August 2029 Hauptinspektionen durchzuführen und vor Ort die Inspektionsdaten zu erfassen. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung erfasst 1319 Kunstbauten, davon 146 Entwässerungsanlagen.   Die Inspektionen der Ölabscheider richten sich nach den Terminvorgaben der Gebietseinheiten und finden voraussichtlich jeweils ab April bis Mitte Jahr statt.   Als Kunstbauten gelten: Brücken (inkl. Über- und Unterführungen), Galerien, Tunnel, Durchlässe, Stützbauwerke, Schutzbauwerke; Lärmschutzwände und -dämme, Entwässerungsanlagen.   Die Inspektionen werden durch einen externen Brückenexperten begleitet. Dieser wird separat durch das ASTRA ausgewählt und beauftragt. Der Brückenexperte wird die Inspektoren in einer Vorbesprechung allgemein und bei ausgewählten Brücken bauwerksspezifisch darauf schulen, wie und wo sich üblicherweise Schäden mit statischer Relevanz und/oder statischer Ursache zeigen. Der Brückenexperte wird nach Abschluss aller Kampagnen eine Qualitätskontrolle bei ausgewählten Brücken vornehmen. Wenn der Brückenexperte bei einzelnen Schäden zu einer anderen Beurteilung als die Inspektoren kommt, werden die Befunde in einer Nachbesprechung diskutiert und bereinigt. Der Brückenexperte kann Nachinspektionen veranlassen.
