Art der Leistung Im dem vom BMFTR geförderten Projekt "BioLung" ist die präklinische Entwicklung und Testung eines neuen Konzeptes für bionische Oxygenatoren (künstliche Lungen) vorgesehen. Um dieses Fertigungskonzept, das u.a. den Mikropräzisions-3D-Druck beinhaltet, weiterzuentwickeln und um entsprechende Prototypen für die präklinische In-vitro-Testung fertigen zu können, wird ein entsprechender 3D-Drucker mit Mikropräzision (BMF microArch S350) benötigt. Der o.g. 3D-Drucker mit Mikropräzision soll speziell für die indirekte Herstellung von Membranstrukturen im Rahmen der Forschung und Entwicklung eines neuen, bionischen Konzeptes für künstliche Lungen eingesetzt werden. Für diese Anwendung ist insbesondere die Kombination aus einer hohen Druckauflösung mit einer Präzision von einigen Mikrometern in Kombination mit einer größeren, zusammenhängenden Struktur in der Größe von einigen Zentimetern entscheidend.
