The procurement covers mechanical spare parts, other than engines and engine parts, intended for lightly armoured special-purpose vehicles, under CPV code 34320000-6. The purchase is carried out in accordance with Resolution No. 1275 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 11 November 2022. Where the participant is a VAT payer, the transaction is taxed at a zero VAT rate in line with Article 195.1.2 'g' of the Tax Code of Ukraine of 2 December 2010 No. 2755-VI and Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 178 of 2 March 2022. An equivalent or analogue of the goods will not be considered.
