Mental Health and Homelessness Commission

Manchester City Council intends to design and commission a service, or services, providing specialist housing-related support for people experiencing homelessness with multiple and complex needs, such as brain injuries, neuro-divergence, mental ill health, substance misuse and complex trauma. The service will support approximately 10 to 16 people per scheme in accommodation-based settings, jointly designed with homelessness and mental health services. Successful providers must have access to suitable accommodation. No estimated value or deadline is stated. Small businesses with relevant experience and suitable accommodation may be able to bid under the council's procurement procedure.
