Das Deutsche Institut für Menschenrechte als Nationale Menschenrechtsinstitution Deutschlands betreibt Medienarbeit, um Forschungsinhalte und menschenrechtliche Positionen in der (Fach)Öffentlichkeit und den Medien (Presse, elektronische und Online-Medien, Social Media etc.) bekannt zu machen. Die Medienresonanz wird regelmäßig ausgewertet. Daher ist das Institut auf eine tägliche Medienbeobachtung und Medienstatistik angewiesen. Das System soll zum einen die Kommunikationsabteilung bei der frühzeitigen Identifikation relevanter Themen, Risiken, Debattenentwicklungen und Kommunikationschancen unterstützen. Gesucht wird daher ein leistungsfähiges Tool-Paket für Themen- und Medienmonitoring zur fortlaufenden Beobachtung, Auswertung und Analyse sowie Reporting relevanter Debatten sowohl in Key- und Leitmedien als auch Social Media. Zum anderen soll ein PR-Distributionstool die Abteilung Kommunikation effizient und effektiv beim operativen Verteilermanagement und Pressemitteilungsversand unterstützen. Dies kann entweder als integrierter Plattform-Bestandteil oder als eigenständige Anwendung erfolgen (zwei Lose).
