Doel Dit is de marktconsultatie voor de aanbesteding “Thermische Schilverbetering Duboisdomein 30” voor de Universiteit Maastricht, hierna UM. De UM wil met deze marktconsultatie een goed beeld krijgen van de (on)mogelijkheden in de markt. De door u gegeven reacties en antwoorden dienen als informatiebron voor de aanbestedingsdocumenten. Het doel van deze marktconsultatie is uitdrukkelijk niet om een (voor)selectie van gegadigden te maken in het kader van de komende aanbesteding. Deze marktconsultatie is uitdrukkelijk bedoeld voor marktpartijen die ervaring hebben met het aanbieden van een verbetering van de thermische schil (gevel, dak, glas en energieopwekking). Bovendien moeten deze marktpartijen in staat zijn om een opdracht van de omvang als in de scope van de opdracht geschetst te kunnen uitvoeren. Scope van de opdracht De uiteinedelijke opdracht heeft betrekking op de inkoop van de realisatie van de thermische schil die middels een bouwteam tot stand komt. De Universiteit Maastricht (UM) heeft echter onvoldoende kennis over de mogelijkheden die de markt biedt. Hierom wordt voorafgaand aan de (eventuele) aanbestedingsprocedure een openbare marktconsultatie uitgevoerd. Versnellen Duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen De Universiteit Maastricht (UM) heeft voor haar vastgoedportefeuille de ambitie vastgesteld om in 2035 - ten opzichte van referentiejaar 2019 - minimaal 44% aardgas, 40% CO₂-uitstoot en 25% finale energie te reduceren.
