Market consultation Specialist Youth Care and Housing in Friesland - written questions on product structure

The Frisian municipalities and Sociaal Domein Fryslân (SDF) are further developing the product structure for the upcoming procurement of Specialist Youth Care (SJH) and Housing. This is a market consultation, not yet a contract award. A draft product structure, a schematic overview and draft product descriptions are available via Mercell. Interested youth care providers are invited to review the draft and respond by answering the questions in the questionnaire. Responses must be submitted no later than 17 May 2026. Feedback will be used in the further development of the structure.
