As part of its commitment to maintain a resilient and responsive immigration system, the Home Office intends to engage with suppliers for the provision of services under the International Applicant Transfer Service (supporting government-to-government migration partnership arrangements). The Home Office is considering the establishment of a future-looking commercial arrangement that could be accessed when required to support the lawful transfer of eligible individuals from foreign countries to the UK. Services may include, but are not limited to, travel booking, accommodation, ground transport, operational coordination and associated wrap-around support. The Home Office is seeking a flexible, responsive and value-for-money managed service solution that can support variable operational volumes and adapt to different service environments where required. The service may require coordination across multiple delivery points and may involve working with local delivery partners or subcontractors to support travel, transport, accommodation and wrap-around service delivery. This market engagement aims to understand supplier capability, further refine specification, and gather feedback on proposed delivery and commercial approaches. Areas of interest include wrap-around support capability, management information, invoicing, cost transparency, subcontracting arrangements, variable volume pricing and potential future geographic flexibility. There is no guaranteed volume, level of activity, business, or commitment to call off services under any future contract. This figure does not reflect the expected final value of the contract. The actual estimated value is currently being finalised and will be shared later.
