Description

Narvik kommune inviterer leverandører til markedsdialog i forbindelse med en planlagt anskaffelse av tjenester for Security Operations Center (SOC) og Incident Response Team (IRT). Formålet med dialogen er å: få bedre innsikt i leverandørmarkedet tilgjengelige teknologiske løsninger aktuelle leveransemodeller og hensiktsmessige prismodeller for slike tjenester. Kommunen ønsker særlig innspill til hvordan SOC- og IRT-tjenester bør struktureres, hvilke krav som bør stilles til integrasjon, responstid, rapportering og datasikkerhet, samt om tjenestene bør anskaffes samlet eller oppdelt i delkontrakter. Leverandørene inviteres til å gi skriftlige innspill om etablering, kapasitet, språkkompetanse, datalagring innenfor EØS og andre forhold som er relevante for en praktisk og kostnadseffektiv løsning for offentlig sektor. Innspillene vil benyttes som grunnlag for å utforme en mest mulig treffsikker og konkurransefremmende anskaffelse. Skriftlige innspill sendes via KGV/Doffin. Oppdragsgiver kan velge å gjennomføre korte dialogmøter (estimert ca. 1 time, digital). Vennligst oppgi om dere ønsker dialogmøte ved innsending. Møte-tidspunktet avklares nærmere med de som ønsker dialogmøte.
