Description

Le Marché porte sur l'acquisition de mobilier scolaire et périscolaire pour les besoins de la Ville du Plessis-Robinson et la reprise éventuelle du mobilier usagé et/ou obsolète. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire non alloti décomposé en deux parties, telles que : PARTIE 1 : Acquisition de mobilier scolaire et périscolaire PARTIE 2 : Reprise du mobilier usagé et/ou obsolète Le montant maximum annuel des commandes, toutes parties confondues, est fixé à : 70 000 HT/an. Le Montant total maximum du marché sur sa durée totale, toutes parties confondues, est fixé à : 210 000 HT Le marché est conclu à compter du 17 juillet 2026 pour une durée d’un an. Il pourra ensuite être renouvelé deux fois, pour une durée d’un an, par tacite reconduction, sauf en cas de dénonciation du marché par l’une ou l’autre des parties. Toutefois, si la notification du marché devait intervenir après la date du 17 juillet 2026, alors le marché serait conclu à compter de sa date de notification.
