La présente consultation a pour objet un marché de travaux de construction d'une salle multi-activités à vocation sportive pour la commune de SAINT-MARTIN-LA-GARENNE (78), notamment la relance du lot n°13 : « VRD », déclaré sans suite pour motif d'intérêt général. Le présent marché est passé selon la procédure adaptée en application des articles L2123-1 et R2123-1, R2123-4 et R2123-5 du Code de la commande publique. La description des travaux et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le CCTP. Le marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification conformément aux articles R2182-4 et R2182-5 du code de la commande publique, il est conclu jusqu'à l'issue du délai de garantie de parfait achèvement.
