L'objet du marché consiste en des travaux de terrassement par aspiratrice et remblaiement sur des conduites d'eau potable réparées par les agents du service de l'eau. Le titulaire doit prévoir l'équipement nécessaire et être en capacité de découper le revêtement de voirie, terrasser par des moyens doux (aspiratrice), remblayer la tranchée avec ses matériaux, réaliser le compactage et mettre en œuvre un revêtement provisoire en enrobé à froid. Les horaires d'intervention dans ce marché sont la nuit en semaine (de 17h00 à 8h00), le week-end (du vendredi 17h00 au lundi 8h00) et les jours fériés. Le marché comprend une partie en accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum de 75 000 Euros H.T.
