L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de prestations d'entretien, de gestion écologique et de suivi qualitatif du lac de Divonne-les-Bains, afin d'assurer : - Le maintien des usages du plan d'eau (navigation, activités sportives, baignade, manifestations), - La maîtrise du développement des végétaux aquatiques et rivulaires, - La préservation de la qualité environnementale et paysagère du site, - La continuité du service public lié à l'exploitation du lac. Les prestations comprennent notamment le faucardage, l'arrachage de plantes aquatiques, l'entretien des roselières, le pompage et la gestion des boues, ainsi que des actions de suivi, d'analyse et de coordination
