Mänttä-Vilppulan kaupungin suurkeittiö-, kylmälaitteiden huolto-, korjauspalvelut ja vuototarkastukset Mänttä-Vilppulan kaupungin tilapalvelut hakee puitesopimuskumppaneita suurkeittiölaitteiden, sekä kylmälaitteiden huoltoon, korjaukseen ja vuototarkastuksiin. Koneiden ja laitteiden huoltojen ja korjausten toimittajaksi valitaan kolme (3) hinnaltaan edullisinta toimittajaa. Huolto- ja korjauspalveluiden tilaukset tehdään etusijajärjestyksessä. Huolto tilataan etusijajärjestyksessä 1. toimittajalta. Mikäli 1. toimittaja ei pysty palvelua toimittamaan, ostetaan palvelu 2. toimittajalta ja mikäli tämäkään toimittaja ei pysty palvelua toimittamaan, tilataan palvelu 3. toimittajalta jne. Määräaikaishuollot tehdään valitun toimijan kanssa yhteistyössä sovittujen kokonaisuuksien jaerillisen huolto-ohjeen sekä laiteluettelon mukaan 1-2 x vuodessa. Määräaikaishuollot merkitään tehdyksi huoltokirjaan sekä laitteeseen kiinnitetään tarra tai erillinen huoltotagi, mistä näkee kunkin laitteen huoltopäivämäärän. Huollon yhteydessä havaitut puutteet sekä laitteiden uusimistarpeet raportoidaan tilaajalle määräaikaishuollonyhteydessä. Mahdolliset järjestelmätäytöt ja huolto-ohjeesta poikkeavat työt laskutetaan tuntiperusteisesti. Tämän sopimuksen piiriin eivät kuulu takuuaikaiset huolto- ja korjaustyöt, jotka tekee kyseisenlaitteen toimittaja.,
