Description

Le contrat porte sur les prestations suivantes : Maitrise d'oeuvre pour la réfection des façades en panneaux composites au groupe scolaire OPALINE-LACORE, 39/41 rue du Chaudron à Saint-Denis. Les missions confiées au maître d'oeuvre sont les suivantes : Avant-Projet Sommaire (APS), Avant-Projet Définitif (APD), dépôt des autorisations administratives (Permis de Construire ou Déclaration Préalable selon les besoins), études de Projet et élaboration du Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (PRO-DCE), assistance à la passation des contrats de travaux (ACT), visa des études d'exécution (VISA), direction de l'exécution des travaux (DET), assistance aux opérations de réception (AOR) ainsi que le suivi de la Garantie de Parfait Achèvement (GPA). Le marché ne fera pas l'objet d'un allotissement conformément à l'article L2113-10 du code de la commande publique car les prestations sont indissociables. Aucune variante ni option n'est prévue dans le cadre de cette procédure. Les prestations relèvent d'un contrat de Services. La durée du marché court à compter de sa notification jusqu'à la fin de la garantie de parfait achèvement des travaux. A titre indicatif, elle est estimée à : • 14 mois hors GPA • 3 mois d'études • 3 mois de consultation/analyse/notification des entreprises travaux • 8 mois de travaux • 12 mois de GPA Soit une durée totale du marché estimé à 26 mois. Les prix du contrat sont forfaitaires. Les candidatures sont analysées et sélectionnées en fonction des critères suivants : Critères Capacités professionnelles* Capacités techniques Capacités financières *Au titre des capacités professionnelles, les compétences minimales attendues des équipes de concepteurs seront les suivantes : - Architecte mandataire, titulaire d'un diplôme DPLG ou HMONP) BET spécialisé en construction Mur à Ossature Bois, isolation par l'extérieur et bardage rapportés en panneaux composites.
