Description

La présente consultation concerne la maintenance préventive et corrective du parc d'ascenseurs et de monte-charges du Service Départemental d'Incendie et de Secours de Seine-et-Marne (SDIS 77). Lieu(x) d'exécution : Seine-et-Marne (différents sites du SDIS 77 : voir annexe 1 du CCTP). Date prévisionnelle de début des prestations : JUILLET 2026. Le marché est passé sous la forme d'une procédure adaptée en application des articles R.2123-1-1° et R.2123-4 à R.2123-6 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit d'un marché mixte : - Ordinaire pour les prestations relatives à la maintenance préventive ; - Accord-cadre à bons de commande attribué à un opérateur économique régit par les articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du CCP pour les prestations de maintenance corrective et à la demande. Le marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée d'un (1) an. Il est reconductible trois fois de manière tacite à la date anniversaire pour une période identique. La durée totale ne pourra excéder 4 ans.
