Description

La consultation a pour objet : - La maintenance préventive et curative des racks de stockage existants - Le déplacement et la réimplantation des racks en fonction des besoins d'aménagement - L'acquisition et la mise en place de nouveaux racks ou éléments complémentaires. Les prestations feront l'objet d'un marché unique. Il n'est pas prévu de décomposition en tranches. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre au sens des articles R. 2162-2 et suivants du CCP conclu avec un opérateur économique, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 25 000 euros HT. Il est passé pour une durée de 1 an à compter de la notification au titulaire, reconductible 3 fois pour périodes d'égale durée par reconduction tacite sans que sa durée totale puisse excéder 4 ans. L'accord-cadre fixe toutes les stipulations contractuelles, il sera exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique
