Le centre de formation est constitué d'un ensemble de bâtiments d'une surface totale de 27 000 m² répartis sur un terrain de 17 hectares. Le site est classé ERP de type O avec des activités de type N de 3ème catégorie. Le titulaire devra être en mesure d’effectuer ces prestations 7 jours sur 7, 24 heures sur 24, avec des vacations de 12 heures, et selon les plages horaires arrêtées, compte-tenu du mode de fonctionnement du site : - De 07h00 à 19h00. - De 19h00 à 07h00. Le site est classé ERP de type O avec des activités de type N de 3ème catégorie.
