Description

Budapest Főváros III. kerület Óbuda-Békásmegyer Önkormányzat tulajdonában és az Óbudai Vagyonkezelő Nonprofit Zrt. kezelésében, illetve műszaki felügyeletében lévő ingatlanok, intézmények zöldterület karbantartási munkái keretszerződés keretében. A rendelkezésre álló keretössszeg nettó 100 000 00 Ft, melynek 70%-ig vállal Ajánlatkérő lehívási kötelezettséget. Elsősorban és rendszeresen az üres, bérbeadás útján nem hasznosított telkek, felépítményes ingatlanok (mintegy 104 db.), orvosi rendelőkhöz (9 db.) tartozó telekrészek zöldterület karbantartási munkáinak ellátására vonatkozóan, nem egyidőben történő munkavégzés megrendelésére kerül sor, ingatlancsomagonként, évi több alkalommal, a szerződés aláírásától számított 15. hónap végéig, de legfeljebb a keretösszeg (nettó 100 000 000 HUF) kimerüléséig. Karbantartandó terület nagysága telekingatlanok és orvosi rendelők esetében tájékoztató jelleggel: 465.149 m2, mely változhat a hasznosíthatóság és a szükségesség figyelembevételével. Lakóépületek, nyugdíjasházak, szociális intézmények, könyvtárak, óvodák és bölcsődék esetében a karbantartandó terület nagysága tájékoztató jelleggel 163.000 m2. Mindösszesen ellátandó terület: 439 704 m2. Az érintett ingatlanok kapcsán felmerülő zöldhulladéknak nem minősülő szállítási munkák elvégzésére kizárólag ajánlattevő által végzett előzetes felmérés illetve ajánlatkérő általi írásbeli megerősítése alapján kerülhet sor az ajánlatban megjelölt áron (nettó Ft/megadott mértékegység (m2; m3; kg; db).
