Ajánlatkérő a BBA Plusz-3.2.1-24-2024-0001 azonosító számú „CBRN-E eseményekre történő reagálás fejlesztése” elnevezésű projekt keretén belül kívánja a közbeszerzést megvalósítani. Tárgy: Egyéni védőfelszerelés készlet beszerzése (BBA) A termékek pontos műszaki paramétereit a műszaki leírás tartalmazza. A közbeszerzési eljárás eredményeként adásvételi szerződés kerül megkötésre a nyertes Ajánlattevővel. Ajánlatkérő adásvételi szerződés keretében 5 védőkészletet kíván beszerezni. A részletes műszaki paramétereket és elvárt minimumkövetelményeket részletesen a KD részét képező műszaki leírás tartalmazza. A 321/2015. (X.30.) Korm. rendelet (a továbbiakban: 321/2015. (X.30.) Korm. r.) 46. § (3) bekezdésében foglaltakra tekintettel Ajánlatkérő (a továbbiakban: AK) hangsúlyozza, hogy amennyiben a KD bármely része valamilyen gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, személyre, illetőleg szabadalomra vagy védjegyre való hivatkozást tartalmaz, illetve amennyiben szabványt, műszaki engedélyt, műszaki előírásokat, vagy műszaki ajánlást határoz meg, úgy azok csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történtek, AK az azzal egyenértékű terméket is elfogadja. AK felhívja a figyelmet, hogy egyenértékű termék megajánlása esetén az egyenértékűséget az ajánlattevőnek (a továbbiakban: AT) az ajánlatában igazolnia kell. A nyertes AT a szerződés teljesítése során kizárólag új - azaz még korábban nem használt, jelen közbeszerzési eljárás eredményeként megkötendő szerződés teljesítésének céljából megrendelt és/vagy legyártott - termékeket szállíthat. Ajánlatkérő felhívja Ajánlattevők figyelmét, hogy a beszerzés tárgyát képező termék a Belügyminisztérium Rendszeresítési Szabályzatáról szóló 18/2011. (VI. 30.) BM utasítás 1. § (2) bekezdés l) pontja alapján rendszeresítés köteles. A 29000/20990-4/2024.ált. rendszeresítési jegyzőkönyv az alábbi termékeket tartalmazza: - Tac6 bombaruha (védőmellénnyel együtt) - SRS-5 sisak - ACH sisak kiegészítőkkel - AVON FM53 gázálarc CRRNCF 50 CF szűrőbetétekkel - ST 53 zárt sűrített levegős légzőrendszer - Respirex Tychem TK védőruha - Respirex Hazmax védőcsizma - MALO védőkesztyű - Sugárzásmérő eszköz (Stora és RadEye) - Dräger X-am 2500 multigáz érzékelő
