Description

A Magyar Nemzeti Banknál (a továbbiakban: MNB) 2023-ban bevezetett Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR rendszer (a továbbiakban: XSOAR) üzemeltetéséhez szükséges, 2026. augusztus 27-én lejáró licencek megújítása és támogatási szolgáltatások meghosszabbítása. A SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) rendszerek - így az XSOAR is - kiberbiztonsági incidensek kezelését automatizálja és központosítja, ami révén jelentősen növeli a szervezetek informatikai biztonsági incidenskezelési tevékenységének hatékonyságát és transzparenciáját: • Integrálják a különböző biztonsági eszközöket és adatforrásokat, így átláthatóbb, összehangoltabb és mérhetőbb működést biztosítanak. •Automatizálják az ismétlődő incidenskezelési feladatokat, ezáltal jelentősen csökkentve a reagálási időt és a humánerőforrás-ráfordítás igényét. •Esetmenedzsment-képességeik jelentősen növelik az incidenskezelési tevékenység transzparenciáját és visszakövethetőségét (vezetői riportálhatóság, auditnyomvonal biztosítása). Mennyiség: 1 - Cikkszám: PAN-XSOAR-FULL-USER Leírás: XSOAR Full User - Named user that can be sold with Cortex XSOAR, XSOAR-TIM and XSOAR-Starter (Enterprise, Enterprise MT and MSSP) Mennyiség: 6 - Cikkszám: PAN-XSOAR-AUDIT-USER Leírás: XSOAR Audit User - Named user that can be sold with Cortex XSOAR, XSOAR-TIM and XSOAR-Starter (Enterprise, Enterprise MT and MSSP) Mennyiség: 1 Helyi integrátori támogatás: Rendelkezésre állás biztosítása (havi maximum 8 embernap, 36 hónapos időtávon) a rendszer üzemeltetésének támogatására. Opcionális tételek: Fejlesztési keret (Helyi integrátori keret) biztosítása (évi 50 embernap, szabadon lehívható, 36 hónapos időtávon), mely igény szerint felhasználható az alábbi jellegű ad-hoc feladatok támogatására: • infrastruktúra szintű architekturális módosítások, • integrációk implementálása, • playbook fejlesztés.
