Eljárás megnevezése: Hidraulikus hajtóművek javítása 8 féle alkatrész, összesen 45 darab mennyiségi egység javítása, a megadott mennyiségek tájékoztató jellegűek Szerződés típusa: értékalapú vállalkozási keretszerződés (keretösszeg terhére, megrendelések alapján történő teljesítéssel) A közbeszerzés tárgya: Vasúti járművek hidraulikus hajtóműveinek javítása A közbeszerzés mennyisége: 8 féle alkatrész, összesen 45 darab mennyiségi egység javítása, a megadott mennyiségek tájékoztató jellegűek. A szerződés típusa: Vállalkozási keretszerződés A szerződés keretösszege: nettó 367.617.679 HUF (összesen 45 db (8 féle) javítandó tételnek a Közbeszerzési Dokumentumok részét képező Műszaki leírásban (Tétellistában) meghatározott javítási munkanemeire (alap- és/vagy eseti javítások) vonatkozó tájékoztató mennyiségben). Ajánlatkérő eredményes eljárás esetén a megjelölt keretösszegre köt szerződést. Ajánlatkérő a keretösszegből nettó 183.834.781 HUF értékre vállal megrendelési kötelezettséget (tervezetten 23 db javítandó tétel javítására vetítve). A keretösszegből a megrendelési kötelezettséggel nem érintett rész értéke nettó 183.782.898 HUF (tervezetten 22 db javítandó tétel javítására vetítve) amely értéket a becsült érték a Kbt. 16. § (1) bekezdésének megfelelően tartalmazza. A megrendelések leadásának szabályait a szerződéstervezet tartalmazza. „Eseti javítások” alatt Ajánlatkérő az alapjavításon felül felmerülő és szükséges esetben elvégzendő egyéb (tétellista szerinti) javítási munkanemeket érti. A fentiekben (a darabszámban) megadott mennyiségek tájékoztató jellegűek, tervezett mennyiségek (a szerződés időbeli hatálya alatt felmerülő javítások nem prognosztizálhatók). A részleteket a Közbeszerzési Dokumentumok II. Fejezetében található Műszaki leírás (Tétellista) tartalmazza.
