Description

A Budapesti Gazdasági Egyetem épületeiben rendszeres és időszakos, valamint eseti jellegű takarítási feladatainak ellátása. A Budapesti Gazdasági 1149 Budapest, Buzogány u. 11-13. alatti épület takarítási feladatainak ellátása vállalkozási szerződés keretében. Az összes takarítandó felület 1699 m2. A napi takarítási feladatok ellátása havi átalányárban kerül elszámolásra, a napi takarítás hétfőtől - péntekig reggel 4:30- 7:30 óráig elvégzendő ( ünnepnapokon és munkaszüneti napokon nem kell takarítani) Hétfőtől-péntekig a napi takarítás részeként 10.00-14.00-ig 1 fő állandó takarító szükséges. A nagytakarítás, az ablaktisztítás és keretmosási feladatok évi 2 alkalommal, tavasszal (március) és nyáron (augusztusban) külön megrendelés alapján szükséges. Eseti jelleggel takarítási feladatok ellátása külön megrendelés alapján történik. A takarítási feladatok ellátásához szükséges környezetbarát tisztítószereket, valamint az irodákban, tantermekben, vizes blokkokban, közösségi terekben lévő különböző típusú szemetesekbe valóműanyag zsákokat, és azok folyamatos, szükség szerinti cseréjét a nyertes ajánlattevőnek kell biztosítani.
