Neptun egységes tanulmányi rendszer technológiai és jogszabályi követése, támogatása valamint a kapcsolódó szolgáltatások A Vállalkozó a Neptun Rendszer - ideértve a modulokat is - funkcióit folyamatosan fejleszti, hibáit verziókövetéssel javítja; a felsőoktatást érintő jogszabályokban (törvényekben, rendeletekben, egyéb kötelező előírásokban) bekövetkezett és a Neptun Rendszer funkcionalitását érintő változásokat folyamatosan, naprakészen átvezeti az alkalmazáson (jogszabálykövetés). A Vállalkozó mindezen módosításokat Javítócsomag vagy Új verzió formájában adja ki, amelyeket a Jelen Szerződés ideje alatt - Neptun termékportálon keresztül - a Megrendelő rendelkezésére bocsát. A szerződést a felek az aláírásának napjától számított 24 hónapra kötik, nettó 819 864 000 Ft keretösszeg kimerüléséig. A részletes feladatokat, mennyiségeket a Közbeszerzési Dokumentumok tartalmazzák.
