Családok átmeneti otthona szolgáltatás nyújtása 36 fő részére az Ajánlatkérő tulajdonában lévő, 1078 Budapest, Nefelejcs u. 63. szám alatt található ingatlanban. A családok átmeneti otthona szolgáltatás keretében átmeneti lakhatást és ellátást kell biztosítani krízishelyzetbe került, otthontalanná vált szülőknek és gyermekeiknek, valamint védelmet kereső bántalmazott anyáknak és újszülötteknek a kiváltó okok megszűntéig, de legfeljebb 12 hónapig. A szolgáltatás nyújtása olyan családok részére történik, akik a Belügyminisztérium Nyilvántartások Vezetéséért Felelős Helyettes Államtitkárság nyilvántartása szerint Budapest VII. kerületében állandó bejelentett lakóhellyel vagy tartózkodási hellyel rendelkeznek, ennek hiányában legalább 6 hónapja életvitelszerűen a VII. kerületben élnek részére, akik rendelkeznek az életvitelszerű lakhatást biztosító ingatlanra vonatkozó bérleti szerződéssel vagy a lakhatásukat biztosító befogadó nyilatkozattal. Családok átmeneti otthona szolgáltatás nyújtása 36 fő részére az Ajánlatkérő tulajdonában lévő, 1078 Budapest, Nefelejcs u. 63. szám alatt található ingatlanban. Ellátandó feladatok: a családok átmeneti otthonában nyújtott szolgáltatások célja, hogy a rászorultság mértékétől függően segítse a családokat a gyermeknevelésben. A családok átmeneti otthona olyan gyermekjóléti alapellátás melynek célja, hogy az otthontalanná vált szülők és gyermekeik, a családi krízis következtében védelmet kereső szülő és gyermeke, a szociális krízisbe került gyermekes családok számára átmeneti időre - az elhelyezést kiváltó okok megszűnéséig-otthonszerű elhelyezés formájában, együttes lakhatást és ellátást biztosítson annak érdekében, hogy a gyermekek veszélyeztetettségét megelőzze, vagy a már kialakult veszélyeztetettséget megszüntesse, ezzel is a családok megtartó erejét erősítve.
