Description

Adásvételi szerződés a közbeszerzési Műszaki leírásban meghatározott műszaki tartalmú és mennyiségű fogászati mobil páciens szimulátor és kiegészítő eszköz beszerzésére. Adásvételi szerződés a közbeszerzési Műszaki leírásban meghatározott műszaki tartalmú fogászati mobil páciens szimulátorok és kiegészítő eszközök beszerzésére: - 23 db mobil páciens szimulátor - 23 db monitor, amely a mobil páciens szimulátorra rögzíthető, - fogtechnikai munkaasztalok: 1 db oktatói, 2 db 4 munkahelyes sziget, 1db 6 munkahelyes sziget, 1 db 8 munkahelyes sziget Betanítás max. 4 fő részére 1 alkalommal, a beüzemeléssel egyidejűleg. A beszerzés magában foglalja az eszközök helyszínre történő szállítását, rendeltetésszerű használatra alkalmas módon történő üzembe helyezését, továbbá a betanítást is. A megajánlott eszközöknek újnak kell lennie, használt eszközök megajánlását az Ajánlatkérő nem fogadja el! A közbeszerzési dokumentumokban esetlegesen szereplő, meghatározott gyártmányra, típusra történő hivatkozások csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történtek. Ajánlatkérő a 321/2015. Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdése alapján a műszaki leírásban részletezett minőségű, azzal egyenértékű terméket is elfogad az ajánlatkérő. Az egyenértékűség megállapításához az ajánlatban be kell mutatni, hogy a műszaki leírás szerinti mely elemek helyett milyen elemet ajánl az ajánlattevő. Az eszközök részletes műszaki tartalmát a közbeszerzési dokumentum Műszaki Leírás része (Közbeszerzési Dokumentum VIII. része) tartalmazza.
