Adásvételi szerződés Téli védőruha beszerzése 2024. tárgyban az ajánlatkérési dokumentációban részletezett feltételek szerint Téli kabát és nadrág tárgyban. Adásvételi szerződés összesen 3950 db téli védőruha (dzseki, téliesített és mellesnadrág, meleg béléssel) tárgyban (fix 2800 db és opció 1150 db) nettó 126.729.200,- Ft összértékben, melyből Ajánlatkérő nettó 89.831.100,- Ft értékben vállal lehívási kötelezettséget. A keretösszeg fennmaradó részére, nettó 36.898.100,- Ft értékig Ajánlatkérőnek vételi joga van. A megadott mennyiség (db) tájékoztató jellegű, Ajánlatkérő részére nem jelent lehívási kötelezettséget, tekintettel arra, hogy a szerződés keretösszeggel kerül megkötésre. A közbeszerzés tárgyára vonatkozó részletes követelményeket az ajánlatkérési dokumentáció részét képező szerződéstervezet és a műszaki leírás tartalmazza.
