Coospace support beszerzése, szoftver karbantartása,terméktámogatása átalánydíjas szolgáltatás keretében, továbbá eseti megrendeléseken keresztül további szolgáltatások igénybevétele a Budapesti Gazdaságtudományi Egyetem számára a Műszaki Leírásban részletezettek szerint. Coospace support beszerzése a Budapesti Gazdaságtudományi Egyetem számára, melynek keretében az alábbi feladatok ellátása szükséges:  Szoftverkövetés, a Rendszer új verzióinak és funkcióinak - licenc - biztosítása, mely követi a technológiai fejlődést, valamint az oktatásszakmai igények funkcionális fejlődését,  amennyiben a Rendszernek új verziója jelenik meg vagy új funkcióval bővül azok annak telepítését, azaz a telepítés frissítését,  támogatni az esetlegesen felmerülő működési hibákkal kapcsolatos hibakeresést,  a rendszerbe illesztett lekérdezési funkciók paraméterezésének beállítása,  a Rendszer meglévő interfészeinek működésének folyamatos biztosítása más rendszerekkel,  az esetleges Rendszerben felmerülő működési (kódolási) hibák javítását,  az Rendszer és az alaprendszerekkel kapcsolatos üzemeltetési támogatás, konzultációkkal,  a Rendszer használatával kapcsolatos oktatásszakmai, módszertani konzultációs támogatás,  a Rendszer használatával kapcsolatos friss dokumentációk és tájékoztató anyagok elérését.
