AZ AJÁNLATKÉRÉS TÁRGYA Az Országos Vérellátó Szolgálat feladatai ellátásához szolgáltatási szerződés kötése 1 db, akár 2 órán belüli felszállásra képes merevszárnyú légi jármű folyamatos rendelkezésre állása és donorszerv és/vagy orvoscsoport szállítására történő igénybevétel tárgyában. A SZERZŐDÉS IDŐTARTAMA Szerződést kötő Ajánlatkérő a szerződést annak hatálybalépésétől számított 12 hónapig tartó határozott időtartamra kívánja megkötni. Ajánlatkérő a szerződést - a pénzügyi fedezet rendelkezésre állása esetén - 12 hónapon felül további 12 hónappal meghosszabbíthatja. Erről szóló szándékáról megrendelő szerződéskötést követő 11. hónap végéig írásban nyilatkozik. (Kbt. 141.§ (4) bekezdés a) pont) NYERTES AJÁNLATTEVŐ FELADATAI - 1 db merevszárnyú légi jármű donorszerv és/vagy orvoscsoport szállítására történő folyamatos rendelkezésre állásának biztosítása a szerződés hatálya alatt. Folyamatos rendelkezésre állásnak minősül: amennyiben a légi jármű az eseti megrendelésben Ajánlatkérő által megadott időponttól számított 2 órán (120 percen) belül felszállásra képes, azaz Nyertes Ajánlattevő a szállítást ezen időtartamon belül meg tudja kezdeni. - Az eseti szállítási szolgáltatás szerződésszerű teljesítése, az Ajánlatkérő által kiadott eseti megrendelésben megadott kezdő időponttól számított 2 órán (120 percen) belüli felszállással, az Ajánlatkérő által a szolgáltatási szerződésben, illetve a szerződés alapján az eseti megrendelésben meghatározott feltételek szerint. (Az eseti megrendelésben megadott időpont az eseti megrendelés megküldésének időpontjánál nem lehet korábbi). - Folyamatos elérhetőség a járatszervezéssel kapcsolatos feladatok ellátása érdekében (napi 0-24 órában). - Kapcsolattartás a célállomásként megjelölt reptérrel. Az eseti szállítási szolgáltatások mennyisége a szerződés 12 hónapos időtartama alatt: összesen legfeljebb 200 blokk óra, melyet Ajánlatkérő nem köteles igénybe venni. AK a mennyiségre 70% lehívási kötelezettséget vállal.
