A bérlet tárgyát képező konténeregységek: 2 db 2438 x 6058 x 3415 mm - előtér , vizesblokk - belmagasság: 3000 mm 4 db 2438 x 6058 x 3415 mm - terem - belmagasság: 3000 mm A konténeregységeknek meg kell feleni a vonatkozó, a rendeltetés által is meghatározott valamennyi jogszabályi és műszaki előírásnak. A bérlet tárgya csak új, használatba még nem vett konténeregység lehet. További előírások a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban (elsősorban a műszaki leírásban és a szerződéstervezetben), illetve a kapcsolódó tervdokumentációban. A közbeszerzési dokumentumokban bárhol, bármilyen meghatározott gyártmányú vagy eredetű dologra, illetve konkrét eljárásra, vagy védjegyre, szabadalomra, típusra vagy adott származásra vagy gyártási folyamatra való hivatkozás kizárólag a beszerzés tárgyának kellően pontos és érthető leírása érdekében történik, az ilyen megnevezés minden esetben a „vagy azzal egyenértékű” kifejezéssel együtt értendő.
