A „Balatonfüred, Széchényi strand turisztikai infrastruktúrájának fejlesztése” című, TOP_PLUSZ-1.1.3-21-VE1-2022-00031 azonosítószámú projekt keretében az Aranyhíd strand III. ütem befejezési munkák kivitelezése az alábbiakban, illetve a közbeszerzési és kiegészítő dokumentumokban részletezettek szerint: - jelen kivitelezésben érintett épület hasznos alapterülete: 95 m2 - CW fém vázszerkezetre szerelt válaszfal 2 x 2 rtg. impregnált, 12,5 mm vtg. gipszkarton borítással, hőszigeteléssel: 83,3 m2 - Látszóbordás függesztett álmennyezet szerelése, falszegéllyel, fő és kereszt tartószerkezettel, gipsz anyagú betételemek elhelyezésével, 60x60 cm-es raszterben bontható rostlap álmennyezet: 81,6 m2 - falburkolás 30x60 matt, fehér csempe: 137m2 - padlóburkolás, csúszásmentes: 81,6m2 - Padló hő-, hangszigetelő anyag elhelyezése: 81,6m2 - beltéri nyílászárók elhelyezése összesen: 12db - diszperziós festés: 61m2 - villamossági munkák: kábelezés, védőcsövek, elosztók, világítás, lámpatestek, szerelvények, behatolásjelző - gépészeti munkák: víz, fűtés, légtechnika A beruházás megvalósítása nem hatósági engedélyhez vagy hatósághoz történő bejelentéshez kötött. A 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) és (5) bekezdéseiben foglaltakra tekintettel ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet, hogy amennyiben a közbeszerzés tárgyának egyértelmű és közérthető meghatározása szükségessé tette meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, személyre, szabadalomra vagy védjegyre való hivatkozást, a megnevezés csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt, és a megnevezés mellett a „vagy azzal egyenértékű” minden esetben értendő. Ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet, hogy egyenértékű dolog megajánlása esetén az egyenértékűséget az ajánlattevőnek az ajánlatában igazolnia kell. A közbeszerzés mennyiségére vonatkozó további információkat a közbeszerzési dokumentumok tartalmazzák.
