A „Balatonfüred, Forrás Sport Park komplex turisztikai fejlesztése” című, TOP_PLUSZ-1.1.3-21-VE1-2022- 00039 azonosítószámú projekt kivitelezőjének kiválasztása az alábbi 4 résszel: 1. rész: Kerékpáros központi épület építése 2. rész: Kerékpáros központ futókör és bekötő út térvilágításának kiépítése 3. rész: Kerékpáros központi tavacska környezetrendezése 4. rész: Teraszok árnyékolása A „Balatonfüred, Forrás Sport Park komplex turisztikai fejlesztése” című, TOP_PLUSZ-1.1.3-21-VE1-2022-00039 azonosítószámú projekt keretében kerékpáros központi épület építése az alábbiakban, illetve a közbeszerzési és kiegészítő dokumentumokban részletezettek szerint: 167,9 m2 hasznos alapterületű új fogadóépület építése teljes körű építészeti, gépészeti és elektromos szereléssel Az épület rendeltetése: közösségi épület, pihenővel, szervízzel, irodával, tárolókkal, vizesblokkal, tornáccal. A beruházás megvalósítása hatósági engedélyhez kötött.
