Adásvételi szerződés „Laboráruk beszerzése - DBR rendszer felállítása” tárgyban Választott eljárásfajta ismertetése: A Kbt. Második Része alapján, uniós eljárás rendben dinamikus beszerzési rendszer (továbbiakban DBR) létrehozására irányuló közbeszerzési eljárás szabályai szerint lefolytatandó közbeszerzési eljárás (Kbt. 106-107. §). A Kbt. 107. § (1)-(2) bekezdése alapján a dinamikus beszerzési rendszerbe történő felvételre Ajánlatkérő a meghívásos eljárás részvételi szakaszának szabályait, a dinamikus beszerzési rendszerben a beszerzés megvalósítására a meghívásos eljárás ajánlattételi szakaszának szabályait alkalmazza, a dinamikus beszerzési rendszerre irányadó eltérésekkel. Adásvételi szerződés „Laboráruk beszerzése” tárgyban A közbeszerzés tárgyának ismertetése: Ajánlatkérő az alábbiak szerint ismerteti azokat a termékkategóriákat és jellemzőiket, amelyek megvalósítása érdekében a laboráruk beszerzésére dinamikus beszerzési rendszert (továbbiakban DBR) kíván létrehozni: 1. Sejttenyésztéshez, fagyasztáshoz, folyadékkezeléshez, szűréshez laboráru 2. Üvegből készült laboratóriumi termékek 3. Egyéb laboratóriumi fogyóeszközök Fenti termékkategóriák alatt Ajánlatkérő a Kbt. 106. § (4) bekezdés szerinti kategóriát érti. Ajánlatkérőnek az egyes ajánlattételi szakaszok vonatkozásában irányadó leglényegesebb szerződéses feltételei: - Az áru tételes ellenértéke: Az ajánlati árnak tartalmaznia kell az összes szerződéses feladat teljesítésének költségeit, valamint adott esetben a belföldi forgalomba hozatalhoz szükséges adókat, vámokat, illetékeket, kivéve azokat, amelyet valamely jogszabály kötelezően az ajánlatkérő terhére állapít meg. Az ár nem tartalmazhat semmilyen árfolyamváltozáshoz vagy egyéb körülményhez kötött feltételt, az magyar forintban kifejezett fix összeg. - Előlegfizetés: vevő előleget nem fizet - Teljesítési hely: HUN-REN SZBK 6726 Szeged, Temesvári krt. 62. - A teljesítési határidő: 80 nap - Ajánlattevő az ajánlattételi szakaszban köteles az Ajánlatkérő számára új/használatlan, rendeltetésszerű használatra alkalmas termékeket megajánlani. A DBR-ben érintett beszerzések becsült értéke, azaz a DBR becsült mennyisége tervezetten nettó 300 millió Ft a DBR teljes, 18 hónapos időtartamára vonatkozóan. A DBR-ben meghatározott becsült mennyiség/érték tájékoztató jelleggel, a korábbi évek tapasztalatai alapján került meghatározásra, amelytől Ajánlatkérő a Kbt. 107. § (2) bekezdése alapján a DBR időtartama alatt a konkrét beszerzési igényeihez igazodóan eltérhet.
