Adásvételi szerződés a közbeszerzési műszaki leírásban részletezett mennyiségű és minőségű 22 kV-os kapcsolóberendezés szállítása és telepítése Balmazújváros 132/22 kV-os alállomásba. Mennyiségek: 1 db 22 kV-os kapcsolóberendezés beszerzése, leszállítása és telepítése a kapcsolóépületbe. A kapcsolóberendezés tartalma: 18 darab cella 14 db. fogyasztói, 2 db. betápláló és 1 (+1) db. sínbontó (+sínemelő) mező. Balmazújváros 132/22 kV-os alállomás bővítése során új kapcsolóépület épül. Az új kapcsolóberendezést a kábelpincével rendelkező új kapcsolóépületbe kell telepíteni. A kapcsolóberendezés felépítése (egyvonalas rajzmelléklet szerint - BALM_24kV_egyv_köftok.pdf) A Vállalkozó feladatainak részletezése: • A 22 kV-os kapcsolóberendezés beszerzése és leszállítása a Megrendelő alállomásába. • A kapcsolóberendezés telepítése, elkészült alapra/alapkeretre való telepítése, rögzítése összeépítése, primer sínezés összeépítése • A kapcsolóberendezés csatlakoztatása a földelő hálózatba. • A kapcsolóberendezések szekunder fülkéinek megszerelése, a kapcsolóberendezésen belüli körvezetékek összeszerelése. A kivitelei terveket és a védelmi készülékeket a Megrendelő bocsájtja rendelkezésre. • Telepítés utáni mérések elvégzése, dokumentálása és a kapcsolóberendezés üzembe helyezhető állapotban való átadása a Megrendelő számára minden üzemeltetési dokumentációval és minden a kezeléshez, karbantartáshoz szükséges segédeszközzel együtt. Az Eladó jótállása az adott Áru üzembe helyezésétől számított huszonnégy (24) hónapig, illetve a helyszínre szállítástól számított harminc (30) hónapig terjed, a kettő közül az előbb bekövetkező érvényességével ("Általános jótállás"). Kivételt képez a korrózióvédelemre történő jótállás, amely a helyszínre szállítástól számított 10 év.
